FUNDRAISING:  For all coaches/Managers.

Please note that ALL Fundraising activities MUST be pre-approved prior to taking place.  Use SMBA Team Fundraising Request form to do this. 

Immediately following your fundraiser, a report must be sent using Fundraising Report.

6) Tournaments

SMBA pays for TWO tournaments per team.  Request payment from The Treasurer

7)  Trainer Rule

For 2021, each team is allowed to have 1 trainer on the bench.  Must be certified (hockey trainer, doctor, nurse, etc.) See the OBA website for more information

8)  Team Fundraising

As per the SMBA constitution, ALL team fundraising activities MUST be approved by the Fundraising Chair.  Email the Fundraising Chair for more details here:  Fundraising Chair

9)  Blackout Dates

Please note that we are hosting tournaments this year.  Please check the tournament dates closely as your diamond may not be available for that weekend.
